Serves as a strategic HR advisor to corporate and site leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals. Leads organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, and employee relations initiatives. Uses workforce analytics to inform decisions, coaches leaders, manages HR risks, supports enterprise HR programs, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve scalable people practices.

Leads Quality Operations and Incoming Quality Control at a bioprocessing manufacturing and distribution facility. Oversees the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audits, CAPA, validation, complaints, change controls, investigations, supplier quality, metrics, and audit readiness. Partners cross-functionally to drive compliance, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality culture. Manages, mentors, and develops the Quality team while serving as the ISO 9001 registrar Management Representative.

Lead multiple new and customized product development projects from concept through commercialization, primarily involving single-use bioprocessing equipment. Responsibilities include creating project plans, schedules, and budgets; managing risks and changes; coordinating cross-functional international teams; and leading meetings, prototyping, testing, and documentation activities.
