Serve as primary EMEA customer contact handling inquiries, quotations, order processing, tracking and coordination with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production and Tech Support. Provide updates, resolve issues, build customer relationships, and identify future business opportunities while following company procedures.

Process full-cycle accounts payable tasks including invoice posting, payment runs (ACH, wire, checks), reconciliations, vendor record maintenance, and resolving invoice discrepancies while ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance and supporting reporting and process improvements.

Lead design, development, and optimization of affinity chromatography purification processes using high-throughput screening and DOE. Analyze complex datasets, collaborate cross-functionally, support external partners, and innovate scalable purification solutions across diverse biopharmaceutical modalities.
