Supports data quality, governance, cleansing, migration, reporting, dashboard creation, and operational analytics. The role uses Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools to validate data, identify trends and anomalies, automate recurring tasks, and communicate insights to business, product, and IT stakeholders. It includes structured onboarding and development toward data analyst, BI analyst, data steward, or data engineering roles.

Maintain and administer networked computer systems, hardware, software, applications, and server-side technologies. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues; secure and back up data; monitor performance; replace outdated components; provide technical support; recommend system improvements; and document required computing processes. The role requires Italian and English proficiency, Veeam, Active Directory, and Azure knowledge.
