Twelve-month, full-time on-site rotational GTM program in Berlin. Start as an SDR or Product Specialist, rotate through sales, solutions, marketing, revops, and product, then specialize into a permanent AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing, or Product role. Program begins August/September with small cohorts and offers hands-on ownership, training, and above-market pay.
