Own release testing and software release coordination, continuously test features, identify and triage bugs, investigate customer issues, and translate feedback into actionable engineering tickets. Improve product quality by evaluating usability, edge cases, and customer workflows. Coordinate product and engineering stakeholders, create release notes, run demos, and support product decisions through a deep understanding of B2B customers.

Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, with a strong focus on UX/UI. Conduct customer research, analyze feedback and usage data, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, collaborate with engineering, make product trade-offs, and continuously improve experiences. The role also involves setting usability and visual quality standards and using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and development.

Support the Finance team with pre-bookkeeping, month-end closing, KPI reporting, financial tracking, invoice management, collections, data reconciliation, and data cleaning. The intern will provide cross-departmental support, work with financial systems, and identify opportunities to use AI tools for automation and process improvement in a fast-paced renewable energy startup.
