Plan and execute KOL/influencer collaborations: source and manage creators, negotiate contracts and schedules, write campaign briefs, oversee sample delivery and content production, analyze performance and produce reports, maintain KOL relationships, and support product launches and promotions.

Support full-cycle HR tasks including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee record maintenance, engagement and wellbeing programs, intranet improvements with IT, and general HR administrative support over a 3–6 month internship.

Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for audio/video surveillance. Perform data preprocessing and labeling, integrate models into products, research SOTA methods, and document results. Work on detection, feature extraction, tracking, recognition, and deployment/optimization across NPUs/GPUs/DSPs/ARM/CPUs.
