Own product development for onboarding, self-serve, activation, engagement, and retention experiences. Partner with founders, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to discover user needs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage execution, and improve product outcomes through analytics and experimentation. The role also contributes to product strategy and complex AI- and data-driven developer and go-to-market intelligence workflows.

Design and implement scalable, resilient backend systems; solve complex engineering problems; collaborate with product managers and engineers on features and architecture; and write high-quality, maintainable, well-documented code. The role requires expertise in Go, Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and Kafka, along with strong computer science, system design, distributed systems, and scalability experience.

Own cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. Research accounts, personalize outreach using intent and developer signals, handle objections, uncover customer pain points, and maintain CRM accuracy. Collaborate with GTM leadership, SDRs, Marketing, and GTM Engineering to improve messaging, call strategies, and multichannel campaigns. Help create repeatable cold-calling playbooks and processes while consistently meeting aggressive outbound targets.
