Lead capital raising and business development for private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Manage 5–10 concurrent fund raises, build and maintain relationships with RIAs, family offices, fund of funds and institutional investors, drive outreach (calls/emails), secure retainers and success fees, and grow the firms pipeline and revenues.

Serve as an Advisory Board Member advising the CEO on strategy, governance, CEO performance evaluation, and growth opportunities. Act as an ambassador to PE/VC/Hedge Fund networks, serve on committees, attend four quarterly board meetings in Beverly Hills, and support capital-raising initiatives over a three-year term.

Lead capital-raising business development targeting private equity, venture capital and hedge funds. Manage outreach to RIAs, family offices, funds of funds and institutional investors, work on multiple fund engagements, drive retainer/success-fee revenue, and develop long-term relationships. Role requires securities licensing and strong sales/phone skills.

Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and sector research for private equity and hedge fund capital raises. Prepare marketing materials and memoranda, analyze fund PPMs and financials, source funds needing capital raises, and participate in outreach/calling to raise capital.
