Develops and expands mitigation and restoration business through prospecting, networking, client relationship management, and insurance-related sales. Builds relationships with property managers, insurers, adjusters, and industry partners; manages sales opportunities in a CRM; collaborates with estimating and operations teams to secure work; attends networking events; and maintains sales plans, records, and customer information. The role requires extensive outside sales activity and travel, including possible overnight travel.

Develop and expand mitigation and restoration business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management. Build partnerships with property managers, insurers, adjusters, facilities managers, and other industry stakeholders. Negotiate and secure mitigation work, maintain sales plans and CRM records, analyze market opportunities, attend networking events, and collaborate with estimating and operations teams. The role involves extensive outside business development and approximately 15–20% or more overnight travel as needed.

Manage mitigation projects from assessment through completion, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, crew and subcontractor coordination, safety, drying processes, documentation, and client communication. Prepare Xactimate estimates, oversee project profitability and field teams, resolve urgent jobsite issues, and support business planning. The role requires emergency response availability, periodic travel to local and regional sites, and occasional nights or weekends.
