Contacts new real estate agents and landlords by phone to drive onboarding, activation, lead placement, and paid product adoption. Runs onboarding sessions, demos, webinars, and events; creates talk tracks, presentations, knowledge-base content, and team playbooks. Tracks outcomes and CRM data, shares customer feedback, and helps build the landlord onboarding program. The role is hybrid in Seattle and requires at least two years of relevant experience.

Own strategic relationships with top-tier MLS, brokerage, and proptech partners, driving agent penetration, activation, and revenue. Develop partner growth plans, lead executive business reviews, secure buy-in for campaigns and integrations, and manage complex stakeholders. Use AI and data analysis to identify adoption gaps and improve partner performance. Mentor teammates, build scalable playbooks, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales on go-to-market initiatives.

Own RentSpree’s revenue operations foundation across sales, customer success, and marketing. Manage HubSpot customer data, lifecycle stages, routing, scoring, SLAs, integrations, attribution, and GTM reporting. Build scalable workflows and AI-powered agents to improve data hygiene, automate operations, and support measurable launches. Partner with growth, product, data, and GTM leaders to establish processes, dashboards, operating rhythms, and reliable commercial insights.
