Provides tier-three technical support by troubleshooting complex customer issues, investigating systems, APIs, and databases, managing outages, updating user data, and coordinating with development teams. Maintains HubSpot workflows, performs reporting, monitors systems, improves support processes, mentors support specialists, and communicates resolutions directly to customers. The role is full-time and office-based in Bangkok, supporting US and Thailand operations.

Own a significant product area from discovery through delivery, translating strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Engage customers, develop and test hypotheses, prototype ideas, align engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders, and track success metrics. The role requires strong product judgment, decisive execution under ambiguity, effective communication, and 8+ years of product management experience.

Leads RentSpree’s Data organization across data engineering, data science, analytics, and strategy. Owns the data and ML roadmap, analytics self-service, experimentation standards, governance, data quality, vendor strategy, and GTM data foundation. Manages analytics leaders and partners with engineering, product, finance, executives, and the Board to drive data-informed strategy. The role also scales globally distributed teams, develops talent, and remains hands-on enough to review SQL, models, metrics, and warehouse architecture.
