Leads upstream bioprocess development for clinical and commercial biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including experiment design, optimization, scale-up, process characterization, technology transfer, and manufacturing support. Serves as a process SME, mentors junior staff, interfaces with clients, analyzes and presents data, authors technical and regulatory documents, and supports deviations, CAPAs, audits, and process validation activities.

Supports hazardous-substance management, researching and updating substance information, preparing EHS documents, improving cross-functional workflows, managing assigned tasks, creating training materials, assisting with training delivery, and supporting inventory planning and stock checks.

Leads upstream MSAT process development, technology transfer, NPI, manufacturing support, and client-facing project activities for biopharmaceutical products. Designs scalable mammalian cell culture processes, control strategies, and gap assessments; manages timelines, resources, protocols, reports, audits, and regulatory compliance. Reviews batch records and SOPs, supports critical upstream operations, trains manufacturing and quality teams, and advises clients throughout the product lifecycle.
