Performs routine and developmental analytical testing of biopharmaceutical proteins using separation-based assays. Optimizes and troubleshoots methods, improves laboratory throughput, interprets data in relation to manufacturing processes, prepares data packages and client presentation materials, manages LIMS results, authors technical documentation, and supports QC troubleshooting.

Conduct routine bioanalytical testing for biopharmaceutical process development, including HCP, residual Protein A, potency, activity, and residual DNA assays. Optimize and troubleshoot assays, improve laboratory efficiency through high-throughput methods, interpret analytical data, maintain LIMS records, prepare data packages and client presentation materials, author technical documentation, and support QC troubleshooting. The role works in a laboratory environment and requires collaboration, organization, and adherence to safety procedures.

Performs microbiological quality control testing of in-process, release, and stability samples, including bioburden, endotoxin, TOC, conductivity, nitrates, appearance, and media performance. Conducts cleanroom environmental monitoring and water sampling, maintains sample integrity and data compliance, supports laboratory operations and audits, and follows SOPs and cGMP, FDA, GLP, GDP, QSR, and European Pharmacopoeia requirements.
