Lead demand generation and growth programs across paid and organic channels, own paid acquisition and SEO, manage content and brand, run experiments, build measurement and reporting linking marketing to pipeline, and align feedback loops with sales. Hybrid role based in Chicago.

Design and build Renterra's data and AI foundation: event architecture, data pipelines, analytical systems, and ClickHouse-based queries. Create AI agents and intelligent workflows that use company data to solve customer problems. Ensure production reliability, observability, security, and measurement via evaluations and feedback loops. Partner across product, engineering, leadership, and customers; report to the CTO.

Own customer journey from pre-onboarding through long-term success: lead setup, configuration, live training, and go-live. Manage post-go-live relationships, monitor usage and health, drive adoption, manage renewals and upsells, gather feedback, and coordinate with support, product, and engineering.
