Develops and introduces assembly and testing processes for new products, moving them from prototype to full production. Responsibilities include translating design requirements into manufacturable processes, validating pilot batches, sourcing equipment and tooling, improving yield and efficiency, reducing manufacturing risks, and supporting product transfers to manufacturing sites. The role also involves project management, continuous improvement, process documentation, and collaboration with product design and manufacturing teams.

Fulfills and administers customer orders, coordinates shipping and third-party vendors, maintains inventory levels, and prepares demand planning analyses and supply schedules. Manages order backlogs and supports efficient order flow while meeting customer service and cost objectives. The role performs complex operational and administrative tasks, supports junior team members, and may assist with orientation and training.

Build, maintain, upgrade, and extend Windows applications used in manufacturing and industrial metrology. Work within an agile team to break down stories, collaborate with physical engineering teams, and write quality tests. The role involves C++, legacy UI frameworks, SQL databases, computational geometry, 3D mathematics, and AI-assisted code development, with opportunities to work on advanced probing and metrology software.
