The EMC Engineer will conduct and manage testing of products, ensuring compliance with global EMC requirements, while providing technical guidance to design teams and maintaining the EMC laboratory.

Lead the production procurement team to ensure uninterrupted supply to manufacturing. Manage supplier relationships, resolve shortages and quality issues, drive cost control, risk management and continuous improvement, implement procurement strategies and P2P process improvements, and coach team members to build capability and succession.

Qualify and nurture inbound leads, develop sales opportunities, prepare quotes and proposals, manage CRM/ERP lead pipelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and attend industry events to support closing sales for Renishaw products.
