Manage a prototype and tooling production team to deliver machined components on-time and on-budget. Develop staff skills, enforce design-for-manufacture, set targets, reduce lead-times, plan long-term capacity (machines/personnel), and maintain health, safety and quality standards.

Administer UK employee benefit schemes, respond to employee queries, maintain accurate records, coordinate with benefit vendors, support renewals and benefit implementation projects, improve employee engagement communications, and develop reporting dashboards for benefit usage and engagement.

Set up, program (using GibbsCAM), and operate CNC milling and turning machines across a 3-shift pattern. Interpret drawings, select tooling and manufacturing methods, inspect components (including CMM), complete quality documentation, and prove out new low-volume production processes.
