Own RenewCO2’s visual communication as its sole designer, creating technical decks, sales collateral, diagrams, data visualizations, web pages, brand systems, social assets, event graphics, and print materials. Translate complex engineering and scientific concepts into accurate, accessible visuals. Maintain design and asset libraries, build presentation templates, manage website updates, and art-direct external illustration, 3D, video, exhibit, and print vendors while managing quality, schedules, and budgets.

Own the end-to-end coordination of grant applications and commercial bids, including opportunity tracking, compliance matrices, proposal calendars, budgets, partner documentation, editing, submission, and archiving. Manage customer RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender responses, procurement registrations, clarification logs, and cross-functional inputs. Build a reusable content library, track confidentiality and document control, and support post-award reporting. The role requires hands-on document preparation, deadline management, technical editing, and coordination with senior leaders and external partners.

Own marketing execution for a climate-tech company selling carbon-negative chemicals and fuels to industrial buyers. Responsibilities include positioning, technical content, trade press, website and digital channels, SEO, analytics, conferences, commercial materials, investor support, partner communications, vendors, budget, and management of a marketing designer. The role requires translating complex technical and economic information into accurate, credible messaging without overclaiming.
