Processes window, door, and service-part orders across manufacturer platforms; verifies orders against customer contracts; coordinates vendors and shipping; tracks acknowledgments, ETAs, and installation dates; and communicates logistics issues to Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Tech Measure, and installation teams. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced operations environment.

Supports the sales team by managing leads, appointments, calendars, contracts, deposits, change orders, documentation, and cross-department communication. Maintains and develops sales reports, processes documents through DocuSign or similar platforms, responds to requests, and assists with administrative projects. The role promotes efficient sales workflows and data-driven decision-making while coordinating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Processes and audits payroll, commissions, bonuses, promotions, and compensation data. Reconciles CRM records with approved sales plans, verifies payment details, performs special commission calculations, identifies missed payments, and supports Sales, Payroll, and Accounting teams. The role also provides sales-team training and completes related administrative projects while maintaining accurate reporting and efficient workflows.
