Lead digital RTL design, verification, debugging, simulation, and automation for power management ICs. Manage design blocks from requirements and architecture through implementation, develop verification tests, support pre- and post-silicon validation, improve design flows, evaluate tools, and mentor junior engineers. Serve as the functional digital design lead while collaborating on mixed-signal semiconductor projects involving serial interfaces and backend implementation flows.

Own sustaining test programs and product lifecycles for power ICs in mass production. Drive yield, cost, test-time, quality, and process improvements; develop automation and reporting tools; analyze failures, RMAs, and customer issues; improve test coverage; and collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, reliability, operations, factories, and OSAT partners. Mentor engineers and support long-term product reliability and manufacturability onsite.

Lead system-level innovation for datacenter power products serving AI customers. Define customer-aligned roadmaps, analyze voltage regulator approaches, develop technical collateral, support executive and customer engagements, maintain strategic relationships, and coordinate with marketing, design, packaging, applications, hardware, firmware, and software teams through execution.
