Leads process engineering, operational excellence, automation, and AI/ML initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing lines. Owns yield, cycle time, cost, SPC, process qualification, CAPEX, and Industry 4.0 roadmaps. Manages engineering teams, develops data-driven process systems, implements robotics and predictive quality solutions, and partners cross-functionally to improve manufacturing performance, quality, and technology adoption.

Manages daily warehouse, inventory, ERP, shipment, supplier, and replenishment activities. The role maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates deliveries, follows up with logistics providers and suppliers, performs accurate system transactions, and ensures compliance with company procedures and record-keeping requirements.

Leads customer design-in and application support for 650V/700V GaN power devices across industrial, server, UPS, solar, EV, and infrastructure applications in Taiwan. Develops and validates evaluation boards and reference designs, optimizes efficiency, thermal performance, EMI, and switching behavior, troubleshoots customer issues, and creates technical documentation. Partners with sales, marketing, product engineering, and R&D teams while delivering demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.
