Design, develop, and improve ATE test programs and solutions for analog/mixed-signal power management ICs. Lead cross-functional test activities across product lifecycle, optimize test cost and yield, resolve production issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Support HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data entry, document digitalization (OpenText), report preparation, administrative coordination, compliance, and ad-hoc HR projects while collaborating with stakeholders.

Design ATE hardware and PCB layouts; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and regulatory requirements; optimize performance and troubleshoot issues during development.
