Manage national modern trade accounts for a cosmetics brand, driving sales growth, profitability, product listings, assortment expansion, promotions, and in-store execution. Responsibilities include negotiating trade terms, developing joint business plans, owning account P&L, monitoring inventory and promotional performance, managing payment collections and reconciliations, and coordinating with marketing, supply chain, finance, and cross-functional teams.

Manage banking operations, foreign and import payments, GST and TDS compliance, investment records, and financial reconciliations. Responsibilities include monitoring bank balances, coordinating fund transfers and customs payments, reconciling Bills of Entry with outward remittances, filing GST returns, processing TDS challans and returns, handling TRACES corrections, and supporting audits. The role also coordinates with banks, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate compliance and reporting records.
