Monitor, analyze, assign, and follow up on incidents in ServiceNow and Jira, perform corrective actions, report incident trends, consolidate user feedback, participate in resolution meetings, and suggest process, system, and training improvements.

Supports production breakdowns, repairs electrical and automation components in manufacturing installations, and improves equipment reliability through upgrades, adjustments, and commissioning activities.

Supports SAP S/4HANA procurement users during post-implementation operations by monitoring, analyzing, routing, and resolving incidents in ServiceNow and Jira. Tracks incident volumes and response times, identifies recurring issues and root causes, follows up with users, participates in resolution meetings, and recommends process, system, and training improvements. The six-month hybrid internship also provides exposure to procurement, finance processes, SAP tools, reporting, and international business operations.
