The Client Success Manager oversees client implementation and retention, ensuring effective communication, support, and engagement while fostering relationships with stakeholders and managing reports.

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (LPN), you will support cancer care navigation, coordinating treatment, facilitating referrals, and managing member interactions. You'll work closely with RNs, provide emotional support, and ensure timely care for oncology patients. Responsibilities include education on treatment logistics, documenting in EHR, and addressing patients' social determinants of health.

Manage month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, vendor onboarding, SOPs, audits, budgeting/analysis, and coach accounting staff while partnering with CFO and senior leadership.

Provide oncology-focused nursing navigation and clinical oversight across the cancer continuum: coordinate care, develop individualized nursing care plans, monitor symptoms and adherence, escalate clinically, facilitate access to treatments and trials, document in the EHR, and support survivorship and member education through phone, text, email, and video.
