Maintains underwriting data and treaty documentation across company systems, coordinates reporting with global teams, and supports underwriters with business evaluation, pricing information, approvals, endorsements, policy changes, and modeling data. Leads market intelligence and information management initiatives, prepares reports, and coordinates logistics for travel, client meetings, marketing initiatives, and industry events. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication and experience in reinsurance or insurance.

Analyze, model, and underwrite specialty reinsurance risks, including assumed, ceded, retrocession, capital market, and non-catastrophe transactions. Evaluate vendor and proprietary risk models, challenge results, support portfolio analysis, and help develop exposure capture systems and underwriting tools. Manage broker and catastrophe model vendor relationships, contribute to internal tool development, and mentor Risk Analysts, including through travel to overseas offices.

Leads the Capital Partners compliance program for RenaissanceRe, developing policies, monitoring regulatory requirements, maintaining filings and controls, conducting risk assessments and testing, responding to regulators, supporting investor due diligence, delivering training, and maintaining compliance records. The role covers SEC, Bermuda, and NFA requirements for investment adviser and asset management entities, collaborates with global legal and compliance teams, and requires occasional travel between New York and Stamford.
