Supports European and global HR operations through administration, benefits coordination, payroll data preparation, onboarding and offboarding, employee record maintenance, Workday support, documentation, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. The role ensures accurate, confidential HR data, helps employees and HR teams use Workday, and contributes to legally compliant, efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Maintain and enhance RenaissanceRe’s Anaplan platform supporting FP&A forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and financial planning. Design scalable models, establish build and governance standards, manage forecast cycles, administer users and access, coordinate integrations and SSO, and oversee change management, documentation, testing, audit, SOX, and ITGC compliance. Partner closely with Finance and Technology teams while improving platform performance, usability, and sustainability.

Leads production, marketing, portfolio management, risk analysis, and day-to-day underwriting for Swiss construction and engineering reinsurance. Builds client and broker relationships, develops business strategies, analyzes risks, applies underwriting tools and complex risk models, and supports cross-class transactions. Requires deep construction and engineering reinsurance expertise, strong market relationships, knowledge of reinsurance structures, and willingness to travel.
