Lead and grow a 10-15 person engineering team building cloud-native, high-volume payment platforms. Provide technical direction, hands-on development (20-30% time), mentor engineers, recruit talent, set product/technical strategy, and drive delivery using modern UI, full-stack, and automation patterns.

Lead data governance activities including profiling, metadata population, data quality remediation, and standards enforcement. Work cross-functionally to implement Informatica-based cataloging and protection, automate data protection, deliver training, and recommend improvements to data quality, standardization, and transformation.
