Provides and oversees patient care within LVN/LPN scope, including assessments, condition reporting, EMR documentation, care-plan implementation, medication and treatment administration, and supervision of CNA clinical care. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and a valid LVN/LPN license. Full-time weekday shifts are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The Director of Nursing oversees clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring resident care quality, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, infection prevention, quality improvement, staffing, training, scheduling, documentation, and emergency preparedness. The role leads nursing personnel, coordinates care planning, manages clinical risks and corrective actions, communicates with residents’ families and physicians, and maintains 24/7 responsibility for nursing operations. The DON also supports facility leadership and may assume Administrator duties when delegated.

Assists the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations in a long-term care facility. Supervises nursing staff, ensures medication, treatment, documentation, safety, care-plan compliance, and regulatory adherence. Conducts rounds, coordinates committees, communicates patient changes to physicians and families, supports staff orientation and development, and participates in evaluations and disciplinary actions. Provides leadership, takes periodic call, and helps ensure consistent quality patient and resident care.
