Support the Investment Team by executing account setups, transfers, maintenance, and routine transactions. Serve as a point of contact for advisors and custodians, manage documents, resolve CRM/system issues (e.g., Salesforce), monitor workflows, and apply automation/AI tools to improve operational accuracy and throughput. Escalate complex issues to senior staff and assist during high-volume periods.

Designs and leads Ren's end-to-end onboarding program and employee engagement initiatives, partners with managers and HRBPs, uses AI tools to personalize and analyze feedback, creates manager enablement resources, tracks onboarding and engagement metrics, and drives data-informed improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Provide strategic corporate legal support including M&A, corporate transactions, governance, data privacy, employment, and IP. Serve as Corporate Secretary for the Renaissance Charitable Foundation, advise senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, support crisis response, and leverage AI tools to streamline legal workflows.
