Supports Ren’s charitable compliance program through compliance testing, documentation, exception identification, remediation tracking, policy reviews, regulatory research, and reporting. Reviews charitable contribution substantiation, donor-advised fund compliance, client policies, and state charitable registrations. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, assists with client deliverables, recommends process improvements, and uses approved AI tools for compliance testing and reporting.

Designs, implements, and maintains secure network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include firewall and VPN management, cloud security configuration, network segmentation, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, compliance support, documentation, and on-call participation. The role collaborates with IT, DevOps, and product teams to improve security posture and remediate network and cloud risks.

Provide elevated executive support within a shared EA pool for multiple senior leaders. Independently manage calendars, communications, meetings, travel, document systems, expense reporting, and event planning. Act as delegated onsite office lead when assigned, use AI productivity tools to streamline workflows, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with other EAs to ensure consistent high-quality support.
