Own Ren’s People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, engagement, learning, and performance platforms. Lead configuration, vendor management, integrations, workflow automation, AI enablement, roadmap planning, implementations, adoption, governance, and reporting. Partner cross-functionally to improve employee and manager experiences, reduce manual work and errors, and deliver measurable platform and people insights without an internal engineering team.

Leads the Fund Administration team responsible for donor-advised fund openings and investment account paperwork. Oversees staffing, training, workflows, escalations, client and custodian relationships, and account approvals. Drives process improvement, automation, documentation, quality controls, and cross-functional systems initiatives. Establishes performance metrics, analyzes operational data, and presents staffing, turnaround-time, and automation insights to senior leadership.

Supports donor-advised fund operations by opening and maintaining funds, reviewing applications, preparing investment account paperwork, coordinating signatures, updating CRM and financial systems, and resolving routine processing issues. Communicates with financial professionals by phone and email, verifies account access, maintains accurate records, and collaborates cross-functionally. The role requires strong organization, data-entry accuracy, customer service, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage high volumes while meeting deadlines.
