Lead performance reviews, escalations, contracts, pricing terms, renewals, and improvement plans. Build partnership management playbooks, trackers, reporting, onboarding handoffs, and documentation while collaborating with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing. The role offers a path toward building and leading a dedicated partnerships team.

Own complex global immigration and mobility cases across 150+ countries, including work permits, visas, renewals, status changes, compliance assessments, and escalations. Maintain immigration guidance and country requirements, manage external counsel and government relationships, mentor junior specialists, monitor risks and processing metrics, and improve mobility processes. Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and lifecycle teams in a fully remote environment.

Own the direction and execution of AI products across RemotePass’s payroll, compliance, payments, and operations platform. Identify high-value automation opportunities, determine appropriate human oversight, translate customer problems into product decisions, and balance speed, accuracy, and trust. Partner closely with engineering, executives, and operators to define strategy, write specifications, run experiments, ship features, and scale successful AI capabilities from early concepts into production.
