Manage end-to-end technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive candidates through LinkedIn and referrals, assess technical fit, maintain ATS/CRM data, report recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, and improve recruiting processes, job postings, and employer branding.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and ReactJS. Write clean code, conduct reviews, troubleshoot systems, and improve application performance. Mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, collaborate with product and design teams, and participate throughout the software development lifecycle. Address complex technical issues while supporting best practices, innovation, and cross-functional project delivery.
