Support preconstruction and bidding for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects: send RFPs, track bids across 40+ trades, maintain bid logs and procurement spreadsheets, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, organize RFIs and project documents, and assist bid leveling and scope comparison. Training and oversight provided.

Manage daily and monthly bookkeeping in Yardi Voyager, perform bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger and financial records, process transactions and journal entries, assist AR/AP, support month- and year-end closings, and prepare financial reports.

Manage and publish online deals, research price drops and promotions across major retailers, create social media content and short blog posts, grow social accounts, verify deals, monitor competitors, update website content, and suggest engagement-driving ideas.
