Remote part-time bookkeeper/accountant responsible for general bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting support, and end-to-end accounts receivable (invoicing, collections, AR reconciliation). Manage client payment communications, generate AR reports, suggest workflow improvements, support AP and tax documentation (preferred), and collaborate with an international team using Xero.

Remote part-time operations and accounting assistant supporting the CEO: coordinate bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations and reporting; manage ClickUp workflows, dashboards and documentation; uphold SOPs; monitor capacity, quality, aged receivables and subscriptions; provide executive operational support and onboarding; leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency.

The Virtual Assistant will support sales, marketing, content creation, and client engagement, including lead generation, social media management, and administrative duties.
