Lead CMC strategy and Technical Operations for REM-422 and pipeline programs: build and run Technical Operations team, select and oversee CDMOs, ensure cGMP compliance and inspection readiness, author CMC regulatory submissions, manage supply continuity and quality, and align operations with Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, and Executive leadership to enable late-stage development and commercial readiness.

Lead Commercial Operations and Business Insights to prepare REM-422 for launch. Build forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, commercial data/analytics and technology (CRM, BI), field operations, incentive compensation, vendor ecosystem, budgets, dashboards and performance management. Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into operating plans, enable launch readiness, and scale a lean commercial organization for early commercialization.

The Vice President of Quality will define and drive the quality vision and strategy at Remix Therapeutics, overseeing quality management systems, compliance, and inspections while building a quality organization as the company advances its oncology drug pipeline.

Lead preparation and coordination of SEC filings (S-1, 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), draft footnotes and MD&A, support IPO readiness and SOX controls, research technical accounting, partner cross-functionally, manage reporting timelines, and drive scalable reporting processes for a clinical-stage biotech.
