Supervise and direct security officers and shift operations in the casino and adjacent buildings. Patrol premises, train and coach staff, investigate employee/customer incidents, prepare security and accident reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain guest and employee safety. Coordinate communications and recommend personnel actions.

Support fair race starts by maintaining and testing the starting gate, assisting with loading and schooling horses, communicating via radio with race officials, driving/maintaining the starter gate truck as needed, and performing assigned duties to ensure safety and operational readiness.
