Support fair race starts by maintaining and testing the starting gate, assisting with loading and schooling horses, communicating via radio with race officials, driving/maintaining the starter gate truck as needed, and performing assigned duties to ensure safety and operational readiness.

Ensure racetrack safety and orderly conduct of horses and riders during training and racing: patrol track, open/close for training, escort horses to gate, respond to loose or injured horses, maintain radio contact with officials, enforce rules and safety gear, and assist with emergencies and track maintenance.

Supervise front-of-house operations in casino restaurants, resolve guest issues, enforce foodservice policies and sanitation, train staff, maintain cleanliness and documentation, operate POS, and assist with food preparation as needed.

The Surveillance Investigator conducts video surveillance, coordinates investigations, maintains relationships with law enforcement, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Manage and prioritize food tickets, check plating and temperature, coordinate delivery, assist with garnishing and light prep, maintain expo line, support cooks during peak service, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
