Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and related building systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, follow corporate procedures, read schematics/blueprints, and document work while communicating effectively.

Hands-on maintenance leader responsible for daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep for a 39-room oceanfront hotel. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool and mechanical systems; respond to emergencies; coordinate contractors; maintain logs, inventory, and vendor relationships; and perform purchasing and safety compliance tasks.

Supervise and staff the front office team, perform front desk duties as needed, operate the MICROS system, reconcile AM/PM discrepancy reports, coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping and Engineering, and greet/check guests in and out while providing professional guest service.
