Drive room sales and maximize occupancy by spending most time on proactive outside and inside solicitation. Prepare marketing plans, send proposals, document group details and bookings, maintain sales quotas, submit weekly sales reports, coordinate with operations and catering, and support guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Perform hallway, elevator, stairwell and common-area cleaning; remove and dispose of trash and soiled linen; restock housekeeping carts and clean/restock glasses and vending areas; vacuum, mop, shampoo carpets, dust fixtures, and transport laundry to the laundry room. Support room attendants and follow variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lead and manage the hotel's sales and marketing department to maximize revenue: develop sales strategies and annual marketing plans, manage outside sales and group servicing, train and hold sales staff accountable, coordinate with hotel management and GM, monitor yield/rates, and perform assigned duties to meet budgeted goals.
