Run the CEO office operating cadence for a multidisciplinary creative-tech studio: own meeting infrastructure, set agendas, run sessions, produce actionable notes with owners and deadlines, drive progress between meetings, surface blockers, and bridge communications across engineering, product, marketing, HQ (Irvine) and Seoul studio and external collaborators.

Run and improve the company's operational infrastructure including financial administration, people operations (onboarding to offboarding, benefits), contract coordination, vendor and office management. Maintain existing systems, identify failures, extend processes as company grows, and escalate legal or strategic issues to leadership.

Build and ship full-stack features: React frontends, identity/auth, APIs, content systems, and database architecture. Work on scalable graph traversal, real-time presence, and production systems on a small team that owns deployments.
