Build and operate backend infrastructure, APIs, social graphs, identity systems, economies, entitlements, feeds, chat, notifications, and moderation capabilities. Design relational schemas, versioned API contracts, concurrency-safe transactions, and auditable financial systems. Collaborate with architecture and frontend teams, contribute to design and code reviews, improve testing, write specifications, and mentor engineers. The role is in-office in Irvine, California, with a strong emphasis on production-scale correctness and reliability.

Provides comprehensive professional and personal support to a Creative Director/CEO, including complex scheduling, international travel coordination, correspondence, project tracking, relationship management, event logistics, household coordination, and confidential administrative assistance. The role requires exceptional discretion, communication, organization, aesthetic awareness, and flexibility for international time zones and occasional evening or weekend events.

Runs the CEO office’s operating cadence by organizing cross-functional meetings, tracking commitments, surfacing blockers, documenting decisions, and coordinating engineering, product, marketing, and external collaborators across Irvine and Seoul.
