Manages government sales across an assigned territory by developing sales plans, achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, identifying opportunities, collaborating internally to support customer satisfaction, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Demonstrate ROP devices to healthcare professionals, support sales through customer presentations, train clinical staff, install and onboard devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site clinical support. The role requires ophthalmic device expertise, knowledge of ROP workflows, live neonatal imaging demonstrations, fundus imaging skills, strong communication, extensive regional travel, and coordination with internal teams.

Lead the architecture, design, prototyping, validation, and productization of advanced ophthalmic imaging systems, including SLO, OCT, hyperspectral, and multimodal retinal platforms. Design beam paths, interferometers, scanners, illumination, and detection systems; perform optical simulation, alignment, calibration, and performance characterization; and collaborate on electronics, software, manufacturing, and clinical integration. Produce regulatory and verification documentation aligned with medical-device standards and support clinical-grade, manufacturable product development.
