Teams at Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON)

Manages project documentation and document control systems, including receipt, review, distribution, tracking, version control, retention, and archiving. Coordinates records among project teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments. Maintains registers, transmittals, reports, quality records, and compliance files while supporting project start-up, execution, closeout, audits, and administrative processes. Ensures documentation accuracy, confidentiality, accessibility, and compliance with company and client requirements.

Project Manager overseeing earthwork, cap closure, mine reclamation, and environmental remediation construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, field crew supervision, safety leadership, contract administration, cost control, procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, risk management, forecasting, client relations, invoicing, estimating, and project closeout. The role requires regular travel throughout the Eastern United States and initial on-site work in Carteret, New Jersey.

Oversee earthwork, mine reclamation, cap closure, and environmental remediation construction projects from planning through closeout. Lead field crews and heavy equipment operations while managing safety, schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, invoicing, change orders, risk, forecasting, and client relationships. Develop estimates and performance reports, ensure compliance with project requirements, and mentor project teams across Western-region sites.
