Project Manager overseeing earthwork, cap closure, mine reclamation, and environmental remediation construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, field crew supervision, safety leadership, contract administration, cost control, procurement, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, risk management, forecasting, client relations, invoicing, estimating, and project closeout. The role requires regular travel throughout the Eastern United States and initial on-site work in Carteret, New Jersey.

Oversee earthwork, mine reclamation, cap closure, and environmental remediation construction projects from planning through closeout. Lead field crews and heavy equipment operations while managing safety, schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, invoicing, change orders, risk, forecasting, and client relationships. Develop estimates and performance reports, ensure compliance with project requirements, and mentor project teams across Western-region sites.

Supports field operations for geotechnical construction projects by assisting with scheduling, quality control, material tracking, cost reporting, budgeting, safety investigations, production logs, status reports, and change orders. Coordinates third-party QC services and monitors project compliance. The role requires independent work at project sites, technical coordination, and increasing supervisory and financial accountability.
