Implement and maintain Blazor components.

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation, manage SDLC phases, drive business process re-engineering, create user stories/use cases, design UX mockups/wireframes, facilitate stakeholder communication, and produce organized technical documentation.

Lead complex business analysis: gather and document requirements, map processes, design solutions, identify risks/inefficiencies, develop test cases, provide training, and mentor staff while producing technical specifications and financial analyses.
