Own a territory and generate and close new business with specialty contractors. Build pipeline through targeted outreach, distributors, market research, and industry events; conduct discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder deal management. Meet monthly quotas, transition customers to Customer Success, and provide market feedback to marketing and product teams. Travel up to approximately 30% for customer visits and trade shows.

Build and maintain Remarcable’s data lakehouse, analytics layers, dashboards, business metrics, experiments, and customer reporting. Analyze product and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop practical machine learning and heuristic models for recommendations, forecasting, and smart search. Partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to create AI/ML infrastructure, training datasets, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluations using AWS services.

Own customer support cases for a SaaS procurement and workflow platform. Responsibilities include triaging tickets, troubleshooting system behavior, investigating data with Excel and SQL, supporting uploads and configurations, guiding customers through workflows, documenting issues, and collaborating with Customer Success, Engineering, Supplier, and Onboarding teams.
