The hybrid Chicago-based role requires flexibility for travel, evening or extended event hours, and occasional physical handling of materials.

Support month-end and year-end close by preparing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain the general ledger, assist AP/AR processes, support audits, analyze variances, and identify process improvements. Use Excel and accounting systems to produce ad hoc analyses and support system initiatives.
