Monitors and reconciles insurance transactions across policy, general ledger, and banking systems while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance. Serves as the liaison between Finance, IT, Claims, Underwriting, and vendors on system issues, enhancements, and integrations. Completes regulatory filings and supports automation, analytics, and AI initiatives through requirements definition, data validation, testing, documentation, training, and ongoing monitoring.

Sells group products within an assigned territory, achieves line-of-business sales goals, develops broker relationships, follows administrative and underwriting procedures, and services policyholders and brokers. Supports regional sales office operations as needed while securing profitable business.

Responsible for selling and servicing group employee benefit products within an assigned territory. Requires at least three years of group employee benefits sales experience, with travel of up to 50%.
