Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of middle market group insurance clients, managing renewals, compliance, claims reporting, upsell opportunities, cross-functional issue resolution, and operational excellence across disability, life, FML, state/company leaves, and ADA matters.

Provide mailroom and shipping/receiving services including sorting, delivery, postage processing, bulk mailings, package tracking, and record storage. Operate and maintain high-volume copying and postage equipment, manage inventory of supplies, schedule repairs, and assist internal customers with mailing, shipping, and duplicating needs. Ensure deadlines and USPS regulations are met.

Participants in the STAR Program gain hands-on sales training, develop relationship-building skills, obtain a state insurance license, and are positioned for career growth in sales roles.
