Supports corporate-function projects across Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, and Communications. Responsibilities include research, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting recommendations to leaders. Interns gain broad exposure to business operations and organizational strategy through a 10-week hybrid summer program.

Prepares investment-related general ledger entries, reconciliations, GAAP and statutory reports, management reporting packages, disclosures, and audit support. Analyzes investment income, positions, fees, accruals, and reporting variances. Supports automation, suspense clearing, workflow improvements, and department initiatives while collaborating with outsourced providers and internal stakeholders.

Manages relationships and customer experience for large national insurance clients. Leads renewal, retention, cross-selling, strategy development, performance guarantees, implementations, and complex client solutions. Analyzes financial and client data, develops customized reporting, supports system changes, and collaborates with sales and internal teams. Requires group insurance expertise, relevant licenses, strong communication and presentation skills, contract negotiation experience, analytical ability, and the capacity to manage complex client relationships independently.
