Archives and scans policy documents, updates internal policy databases, processes correspondence and new business applications, and supports billing, premium processing, payment reversals, and suspense management. The role assists clients, brokers, agents, Accounting, Underwriting, and Policy Services while handling mailroom tasks, reporting, follow-up, and special projects under management oversight.

Supports actuarial data analysis, reporting, database maintenance, loss experience reviews, pricing, rate adequacy projects, source-file testing, and system conversion initiatives. Prepares reports for business partners and contributes to ad hoc actuarial projects while progressing toward actuarial exams. The 10-week hybrid internship provides hands-on exposure to insurance operations, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports insurance underwriting and risk assessment through analysis, research, data review, trend identification, reporting, documentation, and process improvement. Interns gain exposure to insurance products, pricing, and risk management, collaborate with underwriting professionals, and present recommendations to leaders. The 10-week hybrid program includes professional development, networking, and team-based projects.
