Provide one-on-one private duty nursing for a 4-year-old male with a G-tube every Friday 8am–5pm in Chicago. Deliver pediatric/home health nursing care, perform G-tube care, maintain documentation, follow agency policies, complete required pre-employment checks, and participate in offered training. Flexible scheduling; full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

Provide one-on-one private-duty home nursing for pediatric and adult patients with g-tubes, trachs, and vents. Immediate openings in Chicagoland, flexible full-time/part-time/PRN schedules, training available. Must hold Illinois RN or LPN license, have CPR, and at least one year direct patient care experience.

Provide one-on-one private-duty home nursing for a 2-year-old male with a G-tube (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm) in Bellwood, IL. Duties include tube feeding, monitoring, documentation, basic pediatric/medical care, and collaboration with schedulers and case managers. Training available; CPR required.
