Provide 1:1 pediatric home and school nursing for children with G-tubes, trachs, and vents. Cover scheduled days (Thursdays/Fridays and some overnights), perform direct patient care, follow care plans, and coordinate with agency staff. Training available; agency offers flexible shifts and benefits.

Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing for a 5-year-old with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator in a school setting Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm. Deliver clinical care, follow care plans, communicate with family/case managers, and maintain required certifications. Training available for pediatrics and home health.

Provide one-on-one home health nursing for an 8-year-old with a G-tube in Naperville. Duties include direct patient care, feeding/tube care, trach/vent monitoring as needed, medication administration, documentation, care coordination with agency staff, and maintaining CPR certification. Position covers Mon/Wed/Fri 8am–5pm; training available.
