Lead and grow the FPGA Radar team developing firmware and complex electronic hardware for air-to-air radar systems. Own engineering process maturation, DO-254 verification, technical roadmaps, priorities, integration, and flight testing. Build a high-performing team while supporting reliable, robust, and certifiable radar products. The role requires FPGA development expertise, technical leadership or people management experience, and experience spanning hardware and software systems.

Develop low-level software and firmware for aviation safety technology, focusing on C/C++, Continuous Integration, and embedded systems.

Develop internal applications, infrastructure, and tools supporting automated aircraft engineering, certification, requirements management, architecture modeling, and flight-test data analysis. Own the full software lifecycle from planning and coding through deployment, collaborate with product owners and end users, and improve engineering workflows using full-stack web technologies, databases, cloud infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, and data visualization tools.
