Provides administrative support to Finance & Administration and Sales, serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages office supplies, filing, mail, inboxes, calendars, meeting rooms, travel, events, and shared spaces. Supports company meetings, health and safety drills, building security, and first-aid supply purchasing across two Victoria offices.

Grow and support the Authorized Dealer network across the Middle East and Africa. The role provides technical and commercial support, assists with pricing and proposals, develops dealer capabilities through training, identifies new partnerships, monitors pipelines and performance, gathers market insights, represents the company at industry events, and executes regional business plans. Travel of approximately 30–40% is required.

Grow and support Reliable Controls’ Authorized Dealer network across the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include dealer relationship management, technical and commercial support, pricing and proposals, training, pipeline and performance reviews, market development, new partner recruitment, regional networking, and annual business planning. The role requires building automation expertise, channel experience, commercial judgment, strong communication, and 30–40% regional travel.
