Procures materials for prototypes and manufacturing by sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory and supplier commitments, and mitigating supply risks. The role partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to resolve shortages, improve supplier performance, support engineering changes, and maintain accurate ERP purchasing data.

Own software product direction from stakeholder discovery through delivery and launch. Define positioning, prioritize development work, manage backlogs and timelines, guide Agile Scrum activities, and align architecture, technical, business, and customer needs. Drive product adoption, messaging, customer content, market analysis, and continuous improvement while leading cross-functional development collaboration.
