Sell new and pre-owned Chevrolet vehicles by assisting customers, conducting walkarounds and test drives, following up on leads, meeting sales goals, and developing repeat and referral business. The role requires strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, evening and weekend availability, and participation in pre-employment screening. Compensation is commission-based with incentives and benefits.

Lead the dealership’s used vehicle operation and own its profitability, inventory acquisition, appraisal and trade management, pricing, merchandising, reconditioning, wholesale strategy, sales execution, and inventory turn. Recruit, coach, and hold teams accountable while collaborating with New Vehicle, Service, F&I, and BDC leaders. Success requires balancing volume, gross profit, aging, customer satisfaction, and sustainable departmental growth.
