Coordinate and manage virtual relational-organizing events, supporting Program Organizers, troubleshooting participant issues, maintaining event quality, and improving completion rates. The Events Manager leads event execution, staff, training, metrics, escalations, and coordinator oversight. The Events Coordinator provides first-level event support, escalates issues, assists with check-in calls, and recommends improvements. Both roles require flexible evening and weekend availability during the election cycle.

Lead one-hour virtual organizing events, manage breakout rooms, monitor Slack channels, and support participants through program inbox shifts. Provide onboarding, troubleshoot issues, answer questions about logistics and deadlines, follow up with participants, gather feedback, and adapt to evolving program needs. The role requires warm communication, reliability, empathy, comfort with fast-paced virtual work, and a solutions-oriented approach to mobilizing voters.

Coordinates content logistics across Relentless programs, managing timelines, ownership, reviews, approvals, FAQs, resources, and participant communications. The role supports email, text, event, and in-app content; organizes team meetings and project trackers; edits copy; monitors feedback; and helps writers and designers deliver materials on deadline. It requires strong organization, writing, collaboration, adaptability, and comfort managing multiple fast-moving projects in a remote, mission-driven environment.
