Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, support strategic enterprise deals, improve sales processes and playbooks, and drive new-logo acquisition in industrial and manufacturing markets. The role partners with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on complex deployments, customer messaging, and roadmap feedback. It requires SaaS sales leadership, executive communication, technical aptitude, and a strong track record of exceeding targets.

Own Relay’s compliance certification portfolio across SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. Administer Drata, manage auditors and evidence workflows, run internal audits and control testing, maintain policies, oversee vendor risk, support customer trust requests, and report compliance posture and risks to security leadership.

Manages cellular device certification and technical carrier relationships from pre-launch product definition through post-launch maintenance. Responsibilities include developing certification plans, coordinating FCC, PTCRB, and carrier testing, managing contract manufacturers and test labs, contributing to product requirements, overseeing technical acceptance timelines, and resolving post-launch hardware and software quality issues. The role requires extensive experience with cellular device manufacturers, major U.S. network operators, cross-functional technical leadership, and occasional travel.
