Build and scale customer success enablement through repeatable playbooks, SOPs, training, AI-driven content, simulations, and behavior-change systems. Partner with CS, Product, Revenue Operations, and GTM leaders to improve onboarding, expansion, renewals, hardware upgrades, technology adoption, and process consistency. Measure effectiveness using surveys, CRM data, Metabase, and usage signals while driving cross-functional change without formal authority.

Support the recruiting team by managing candidate experience, scheduling onsite interview loops, maintaining recruiting content (LinkedIn, Notion), running recruiting ops projects, building talent pipelines, attending local events, and assisting with preboarding and Day 1 orientation.

The Forward Deployed Engineer engages directly with manufacturers to deploy AI-driven solutions, managing pre-sales and implementation cycles while integrating with production systems and supporting technical leadership.
