Lead portfolio and strategy operations for a clinical-stage program, coordinating cross-functional teams across medical, clinical operations, and pharmaceutical development. Develop timelines, manage strategic plans, identify risks and dependencies, improve processes, and support leadership decision-making. Create executive and board communications, facilitate alignment, synthesize complex problems, and develop recommendations related to clinical development, diagnostics, drug supply, and patient demand.

Lead analytical strategy for small‑molecule drug substance characterization across development stages. Oversee method development, validation/transfer, QC oversight at internal and external labs, introduce new analytical technologies, review/approve protocols and data, manage multiple projects, and partner with CMC, QA, and Regulatory to ensure regulatory readiness and support filings.
