As an Executive Assistant, you'll support senior leadership by managing calendars, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Lead CLM platform selection, implementation and administration; independently draft, review and negotiate life-sciences contracts; develop templates, playbooks and KPIs; integrate CLM with finance/purchase order systems; drive CLM data cleanup, reporting and AI/automation pilots; advise stakeholders and support legal ops including budget and invoice tasks.

Lead analytical strategy for small‑molecule drug substance characterization across development stages. Oversee method development, validation/transfer, QC oversight at internal and external labs, introduce new analytical technologies, review/approve protocols and data, manage multiple projects, and partner with CMC, QA, and Regulatory to ensure regulatory readiness and support filings.
