Run shifts at a high-volume hybrid sort centre, leading 50–100+ operatives and owning deployment, throughput, quality, safety, handovers, and performance. Build and implement operational controls, metrics, SOPs, training plans, and change mechanisms. Manage peak volumes, outages, labour gaps, and new technology or client launches while improving site performance. Report clearly to site leadership and develop frontline teams.
