Own and scale Relay’s sales and revenue operations across enterprise sales and its Pitstop network. Responsibilities include defining TAM, account scoring, lead prioritization, CRM architecture, deal governance, sales tooling, territories, targets, pricing, dashboards, and funnel optimization. The role requires building automated, AI-enabled systems, maintaining clean data, diagnosing pipeline leaks, and improving sales efficiency across both current and future SME motions.

Own Relay’s global sales system across field, enterprise, large parcel, and SME segments. Responsibilities include sales strategy, organizational design, performance metrics, forecasting, CRM standards, quota and compensation principles, process scalability, leader development, remote team leadership, and executive partnership on revenue planning and go-to-market strategy.
