Lead architecture and high-risk technical work across interconnected systems. Drive ambiguous cross-team initiatives from problem definition through measurable outcomes, connect technical decisions to customer and business priorities, establish engineering standards and tooling, influence teams without formal authority, and coach engineers into greater ownership. The role contributes to technical direction for fintech products and improves reliability, security, maintainability, delivery, and operational effectiveness across Engineering.

Build and own full-stack banking product features from design through deployment and monitoring. Manage production systems, infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, improve code quality and development processes, and influence technical direction. The role uses TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Terraform, and related cloud and development tools.

Build and deploy secure, reusable LLM infrastructure across its lifecycle; lead emerging-technology research and proof-of-concepts; enable engineering teams with AI tooling and guidance; advise product teams on technical decisions; and improve code quality, performance, processes, and long-term technical strategy.
