Develop and own Relay's YouTube strategy and video production end-to-end: concepting, scripting, shoots, talent and vendor coordination, editing oversight, performance analysis, and cross-functional alignment to drive educational and brand-focused content for small business owners.

Perform product-focused analyses and A/B tests to generate actionable insights; build dashboards and KPIs; ensure data quality; synthesize diverse data sources; present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership to guide product and business decisions.

Build and own Relay's end-to-end compliance monitoring program: design testing methodologies, run data-driven monitoring and reporting, manage sponsor bank relationship, track remediation, embed compliance into product and operations, and iterate processes for scale. Collaborate with Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations and translate findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
