Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, support strategic SaaS deals, drive new-logo sales in industrial and manufacturing markets, improve sales processes and playbooks, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. The role requires executive-level communication, technical aptitude, hands-on deal leadership, and experience exceeding sales targets.

Owns technical relationships with cellular carriers, certification labs, contract manufacturers, and internal hardware, software, supply chain, and marketing teams. Manages cellular device certification programs, including FCC, PTCRB, carrier testing, technical acceptance, certification documentation, launch readiness, and post-launch quality improvements. Contributes to product requirements, testing plans, prototype schedules, and carrier SIM provisioning. Requires extensive cellular device certification experience and strong cross-functional technical leadership.
