Lead and scale instructional design programs that use generative AI and agentic workflows to personalize and automate content creation, delivery, and measurement. Own program strategy, AI-augmented design, governance, stakeholder alignment, and mentoring. Drive adoption and business outcomes through modular content systems, analytics-driven iteration, and AI-powered learner experiences.
