Staff Software Engineer responsible for owning frontend platform architecture and contributing across backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. The role leads Micro Frontend strategy, shared frameworks, component libraries, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, accessibility, and performance initiatives. It requires cross-team technical leadership, architecture ownership, mentoring, design and code reviews, and hands-on development of scalable AI-powered legal data solutions.

Design, build, test, and improve secure, scalable software systems that process massive datasets. Develop distributed, cloud-based applications, REST APIs, and multi-database solutions while contributing to testing and software lifecycle improvements. Collaborate through agile practices and pair programming, and mentor less experienced engineers. The role emphasizes quality, performance, system design, and modern cloud technologies.

Provide technical product support for the RelativityOne and Relativity Server platforms. Triage and resolve customer incidents, use SQL to investigate issues, document tickets in Salesforce, meet SLA and support KPIs, and communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences. Collaborate with senior specialists through swarming and escalation processes, maintain knowledgebase content, support foundational Relativity AI applications, and build platform expertise through training and certifications.
