Supports commercial insurance policy placement through application preparation, carrier communication, market submissions, document collection, quote compilation, proposal assistance, renewals administration, and accurate policy record maintenance. Ensures regulatory compliance, responds to inquiries, provides carrier information, and uses insurance management systems and AI-enabled tools. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills, along with an active Property and Casualty license.

Administer stop-loss claims from submission through reimbursement and closure. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams, collect and validate documentation, interpret policy and contract language, verify claims and reimbursement calculations, reconcile recoveries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with deadlines and policy requirements. Use proprietary AI tools to analyze coverage provisions and improve claim-processing efficiency and client service.

Coordinates personal lines insurance account servicing, including policy documents, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims follow-up, client inquiries, and carrier communications. Supports remarketing and retention efforts, prepares proposals, maintains accurate records, and resolves routine client issues. Requires strong knowledge of personal lines coverage, insurance markets, underwriting procedures, client communication, Microsoft Office, and agency systems. The role also requires a state Property and Casualty license, valid driver’s license, and travel to client sites.
