Develops and supports SQL-based ETL processes, data integrations, interfaces, and automated workflows for third-party administrator systems. Monitors data quality and integration performance, troubleshoots failures, performs validation and reconciliation, documents technical processes, and improves workflow automation. Partners with technical and operational teams to resolve data issues, support implementations, maintain SOC controls, and ensure audit readiness.

Leads complex and strategic client accounts as a trusted advisor, driving satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth. Analyzes claims, utilization, financial, and reporting data to recommend cost-containment and plan-performance improvements. Coordinates internal teams, carriers, vendors, and partners to resolve escalated issues, oversees account deliverables, and provides guidance to Account Executives. Advises clients on self-funded health plans, TPA operations, market trends, and regulatory developments while leveraging reporting, AI, and automation tools.

Coordinates personal lines insurance account servicing, including policy documents, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims follow-up, client inquiries, and carrier communications. Supports remarketing and retention efforts, prepares proposals, maintains accurate records, and resolves routine client issues. Requires strong knowledge of personal lines coverage, insurance markets, underwriting procedures, client communication, Microsoft Office, and agency systems. The role also requires a state Property and Casualty license, valid driver’s license, and travel to client sites.
