Serve as primary administrative contact for small business/personal lines accounts: manage policy documents, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, carrier communication, and client inquiries. Support account management in remarketing renewals, prepare proposals, facilitate claim responses, and adopt proprietary technology to improve client service.

Serve as primary business contact and project manager for small commercial accounts. Build client relationships, analyze risks and coverage, develop program and renewal proposals, secure and expand business, manage service timelines, maintain accurate policy and electronic files, and adopt technology to deliver exceptional client service.

Provide in-house corporate legal support including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing vendor/carrier and real estate agreements; manage licensing and regulatory compliance (including insurance and HIPAA matters); handle claims, litigation, and regulatory inquiries; perform legal research and counsel; apply proprietary AI tools to legal workflows; advise on employment and contractor matters.
