Relation Insurance Services Benefits Overview

Serve as primary business contact and project manager for small commercial accounts. Build client relationships, analyze risks and coverage, develop program and renewal proposals, secure and expand business, manage service timelines, maintain accurate policy and electronic files, and adopt technology to deliver exceptional client service.

Coordinates commercial insurance account servicing, including policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims follow-up, client inquiries, and carrier communications.
